This Privacy Policy describes how BingoParty ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile and web applications (collectively, "the App"). By using BingoParty, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide and improve the service: - Account information: username, email address, profile photo URL, and authentication provider identifier (Google, Facebook, Apple, or email) - Gameplay data: lobbies joined, games played, wins and losses, bingo cards, in-game coin balance, and leaderboard standings - Social data: friends list, friend requests, game invitations, and users you have blocked - Device data: device type, operating system version, app version, and push notification token - Optional location: approximate location, if you enable location-based lobby discovery - Reports: content of user reports you submit against other users

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: - Provide, operate, and maintain the App - Authenticate users and secure accounts - Enable real-time multiplayer gameplay and matchmaking - Track wins, losses, and leaderboard rankings - Deliver push notifications for friend requests and game invitations - Enforce fair play, anti-cheat, and community rules - Respond to support requests and user reports - Improve and develop new features

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data based on your consent, the necessity to perform our contract with you (providing the App), our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Services

BingoParty relies on the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies: - Firebase (Google LLC) — authentication, Firestore database, Realtime Database, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, and Crashlytics - Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, Facebook Login — authentication providers - Google AdMob — advertising for free-tier users - RevenueCat — in-app purchase and subscription management - Apple App Store and Google Play — payment processing We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers and is protected by industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and Firebase Security Rules that restrict access to authorized users. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Inactive anonymous accounts are automatically deleted after 30 days. Stale lobbies are removed after 3 days of inactivity. Friend requests and game invitations are periodically cleaned up. You can request deletion of your account at any time through the in-app "Delete Account" option.

7. Children's Privacy

BingoParty is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: - Access the personal data we hold about you - Request correction of inaccurate data - Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten") - Object to or restrict certain processing - Request a portable copy of your data - Withdraw consent at any time To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address below.

9. Cookies and Tracking

Our web client uses essential cookies and local storage to maintain your authenticated session and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising on the web.

10. Advertisements

Free-tier users may see advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to deliver personalized ads in accordance with its own privacy policy. Premium subscribers do not see advertisements.

11. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where Firebase servers are located. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
