Welcome to BingoParty. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BingoParty, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Service

BingoParty is a real-time multiplayer bingo game available on Android and iOS. The App allows users to create and join game lobbies, play bingo with other users, earn in-game coins, track leaderboard standings, and manage a friends list. The App may include free and premium features.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of BingoParty, you must create an account using one of the supported authentication methods (Google, Facebook, or Apple Sign-In). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to: - Use the App for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate game outcomes - Use offensive, abusive, or inappropriate usernames or language - Harass, threaten, or abuse other users - Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App - Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App - Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. In-App Purchases and Premium Features

BingoParty offers optional premium subscriptions and in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the respective platform's payment system (Google Play or Apple App Store). Purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or platform policies. Premium features and pricing are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated through the App or platform store listing.

6. In-Game Currency

BingoParty features virtual in-game coins that can be earned through gameplay. In-game coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or any other form of value outside the App. We reserve the right to modify the in-game economy at any time.

7. Fair Play and Anti-Cheat

BingoParty includes anti-cheat mechanisms to ensure fair gameplay. Any attempt to manipulate game results, exploit vulnerabilities, or use unauthorized tools will result in account suspension or permanent ban. Win validation is performed to verify the legitimacy of all claimed victories.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of BingoParty — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software — are the exclusive property of BingoParty and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without prior written consent.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using BingoParty, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy. We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide and improve the service.

10. Advertisements

The free tier of BingoParty may display advertisements. Ad content is provided by third-party ad networks and is not endorsed by BingoParty. Premium users may enjoy an ad-free experience.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

BingoParty is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BingoParty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to BingoParty at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
